SUBMISSION AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The submission of personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about GOAL XPERIENCE products and services.
Failure to provide the requested personal data or failure to accept this data protection policy will prevent you from subscribing, registering, or receiving information about GOAL XPERIENCE products and services.

The User who sends the information to GOAL XPERIENCE is solely responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of the data included, and GOAL XPERIENCE is exempt from any liability in this regard.

GOAL XPERIENCE is exempt from liability for any damages or losses that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects, or omissions in the information provided by GOAL XPERIENCE, provided that it comes from sources other than GOAL XPERIENCE.

The purposes of data collection are to provide information as a sports event organizing agency and to subsequently contact the GOAL XPERIENCE user.

GOAL XPERIENCE shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system, caused by reasons beyond the control of GOAL XPERIENCE; for delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines or overloads in the C.P.D. (Data Processing Center), in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, as well as for damage that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate interference beyond the control of GOAL XPERIENCE.
